Let's Work OuT?

Calisthenics is another term for exercise. Now, I'm going to share with you a type of workout that anyone, at any age, and at any time of the day can easily dive into it. Lets begin?
  1. Extend your arms at your own pace.
  2. Then you bend your knees in a unified way, in order to sit in a comfy manner.
  3. Followed by, using both hands at the same time, one to  hold the book(the Bible is my preference) and the other hand to flip the pages in a free  spirited fashion.
  4. All through this healthy workout, your mind is relaxed, lips are moving smoothing from side to side and your heart rate is in full swing; because it's working at a pace that will add beatific years to your life ... OK, you got me, yes I'm hinting towards reading ...  
The Lord injected me with a yearning desire to offer a metaphor for how the body of Christ can exercise their way toward a joyful life without living their homes. Keep in mind, I'm not suggesting that you shouldn't congregate in God's House. All I'm offering are a few down-to-earth and  healthy workout tips; however you should respect and appreciate this:

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

19. Do you not know that your body is a house of God where the Holy Spirit lives? God gave you His Holy Spirit. Now you belong to God. You do not belong to yourselves.
20. God bought you with a great price. So honor God with your body. You belong to Him.
